Working Location Policy

MooCommerce AS operates by applicable laws, including those set forth by Norwegian law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and European Economic Area (EEA) regulations. MooCommerce AS is committed to providing software services, including the development of online stores, along with other services such as UX/UI design and seamless integration, to clients in all countries.
Location Requirements
As part of the onboarding process, you may be asked to verify your identity and confirm your location by submitting a government-issued ID and other personal information. This is to ensure that you are located in a country where participation in such projects is permitted under applicable laws. Once completed, your location will be designated as your Primary Country.
You are permitted to work on the platform only from your assigned Primary Country. If you relocate to another country, it is your responsibility to inform the support centre and update your Primary Country by submitting a valid government-issued ID from your new country of residence.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
If you attempt to work outside of your designated primary country or fail to update your primary country upon relocation, your account may be paused pending verification of your new location. If verification is not successful, and you believe there has been an error, you may contact our support team for further assistance.
MooCommerce AS is fully compliant with GDPR and the regulations of the EEA. All personal data shared during this process will be handled by these laws to ensure the privacy and protection of your information.
